Job Summary:
Responsible for overall camp management.
Key Responsibilities:
The Camp Manager is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Applies and follows the contractual obligations, Ecolog ’s policies and procedures.
- Follow, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements.
- Responsible for staff accommodation and welfare at the Camp.
- Ensures personal hygiene standards, uniform code and discipline among all occupants and camp staff.
- Implies Health and Safety measures including Accident prevention policies and procedures.
- Organizes duty rosters and cleaning schedules and ensures that it is followed and maintained.
- Conducts daily briefing, toolbox talks, safety, and Hygiene awareness meets.
- Conduct frequent inspection in the designated areas to check for adherence to standards, sanitation/litter issues, equipment problems and safety issues.
- Constantly available to his staff to assist in any issues that may occur.
- Conduct fire drills / emergency evacuation drills once a month.
- Random inspections of living cabins.
- Organize welfare activities occasionally.
- Documented training, safety meeting, fire drills, inspections, etc., to be able to produce when audited.
