The role involves supporting and providing the CEO with high-level administrative support in day-to-day activities while also managing and overseeing key projects.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
The Executive Personal Assistant is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and personal appointments.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and report updates to the CEO and other key stakeholders.
- Assist with daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution of routine and ad-hoc activities.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, taking notes and ensuring that action items are completed.
- Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage the CEO’s personal and professional matters with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, decisions, and communications.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and coordination on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist the CEO in strategic planning and execution, including research and analysis.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, board meetings, and executive retreats involving the CEO.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, and partners.
