Qualification / Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in surveillance of Welding / NDE
- Minimum requirement to be Certified to the equivalent of BGAS/ CSWIP Grade II, NACE Level II or SSPC and ICORR Level II.
- Proven experience in Civil / Structural engineeringand surveillance
- Experience with multi-national contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of pipelines projects would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail and high level of accurancy
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to travel as and when required

Job Summary
The Quality Control Advisor for Coating will report functionally to the Construction QC Supervisor and on a day-to day basis to the nominated delivery manager. The Advisor for Coating will be responsible for coordinating all EPCM Vendoe Construction Contractors for coating quality issues. The post will support the Company Contractor with technical issues and support Construction QC Supervisor with Coating issues
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing EPcmC surveillance and monitoring of construction work
- Performing / witnessing quality inspections
- Ensuring ITP’s and referenced procedures are adhered to
- Validation of the contractors test results
- Signing off on relevant intervention points on ITP’s
- Liaising with relevant Quality Leads on status / progress / non-conforming actions /- tests / – materials
- Filing relevant records and compiling daily reports
- Facilitating the management of contractors’ for any detected nonconformance
- Overseeing the progressive compilation of Mechanical Completion Dossiers
- Mentor exemplary behaviour regarding HSE, Ethics and Company “Code of Conduct” policy.
